Introduction: What is Hypospadias
Hypospadias is a congenital condition in males where the opening of the urethra is not located at the tip of the penis, but on the underside. This condition occurs during fetal development when the urethral tube, which carries urine from the bladder to the outside of the body, does not close properly. As a result, the opening can be found anywhere along the underside of the penis, from just below the tip to the scrotum.
