How Trenchless Technology Works
Trenchless methods typically involve two primary techniques: pipe bursting and pipe lining. Pipe bursting involves breaking the old pipe apart while simultaneously pulling a new pipe into place. On the other hand, pipe lining, also known as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), involves inserting a flexible liner coated with resin into the damaged pipe. The liner is then inflated and cured, forming a new pipe within the old one. Both methods are efficient and significantly less disruptive than traditional excavation approaches.
